Amber Heard: Johnny Depp threatened to kill me many times

Johnny Depp accused Amber Heard of having affairs with each of her co-stars, Eddie Redmayne, James Franco, Jim Sturgess, Kevin Costner, Liam Hemsworth, Billy-Bob Thornton, Channing Tatum, even women co-stars like Kelly Garner. Depp also implicated Heard of having affairs with stars she auditioned with, like Leonardo DiCaprio. Depp would taunt Heard about it, especially when he was high or intoxicated, and had negative labels for each of her male co-stars he thought as a sexual threat.

For example, Leonardo DiCaprio was pumpkin-head. Channing Tatum was potato-head. Johnny Depp would consume about how Amber Heard dressed, over time, she stopped using revealing gowns for red carpet occasions, it just was not worth the mental and verbal abuse. After that shoot, Heard did not speak with Depp directly, although he would send her presents. Depp would blame all his actions on a self-created 3rd party rather of himself, which he often called “the monster”.

When Johnny Depp and Amber Heard were promoting the same movie in 2011, his publicist invited her to meet him and the director in a hotel area for a drink, however when she arrived it was simply him, their romantic relationship then began. Heard stated nothing occurred in between them at that point since she was in a relationship. Heard included that she had hired a lawyer who worked on a draft pre-nuptial arrangement and it was sent to Depp’s team but never signed.

Amber Heard said Johnny Depp told her he did not want a pre-nuptial contract but it was his sibling, Christi Dembrowski, who wanted the couple to get one. Depp would speak about it as if it was another individual or character and not him doing all these things. Heard accused Depp of verbal and physical abuse including shouting, swearing, providing risks, punching, slapping, kicking, head-butting, and choking her, in addition to “exceptionally controlling and intimidating behavior”.

Amber Heard stated Johnny Depp had pursued her romantically while they were recording The Rum Diary in 2009 and they hung out together often with the director “simply consuming red wine and talking”. But then Depp was also implicating Heard of having an affair with a co-star and that is what led to the real argument. Depp never, never ever violent to Winona Ryder.

Amber Heard declared that Johnny Depp “functions off zero accountability” and it is rare to see anyone state “no” to him. Heard attempted to, but it did not end well. Heard took to the witness stand at London’s High Court on the 10th day of the case, and her written witness statement was likewise sent to the court. Some occurrences were so severe that Heard thought Depp was going to kill her, either deliberately, or just by losing control and going too far.

Heard stated Depp’s rules got tighter every year they were together about what nudity or scenes were acceptable, wanting descriptions of every detail, every aspect of scenes, and how they were covered, putting increasing constraints on what she could and could not do.
