Ayesha Curry lost 35 pounds during quarantine — here’s how she did it

Ayesha Curry is the ultimate quarantine fitness inspiration. Back in May, she took it to Instagram to reveal that she lost 35 pounds amid the covid pandemic by her showing off her toned physique on full display in a two-piece bikini. Took her long enough. Since then, she has teamed up with Fitbit Premium to develop exclusive original content inspired by her personal health journey with the focus on her two passions, fitness and food.

Ayesha Curry started her fitness journey because she wanted to be strong and healthy for herself and the people who depend on her. But it was important that she did it her way, which meant she needed working out to fit in her life, not take her away from it. She hates the term balance, because she does not think there is any formula that works for everyone, but she does believe that creating time for oneself to exercise is never time wasted.

So Ayesha Curry went to work finding ways to incorporate healthy habits into her busy schedule, and picked up a few tricks along the way. The subscription provides her best health tips, workouts, ideas on delicious and nutritious meals, and family-friendly activities, on top of the many personalized coaching and perks that come with Fitifit Premium. Fitbit Premium has come in handy through quarantine.

It was great while Ayesha Curry was traveling and out of her routine.

Ayesha Curry was able to tap into the vast library workout content anytime, anywhere, so she did not fall off track. It is a great resource for at-home and on-the-go workouts. Her Fitbit Premium Summer series for Fitbit includes four short, easy-to-do workout videos that each focus on a different part of the body exclusively in Fitbit Premium. Her quick workouts that will be in the Fitbit app will include arm circuit, core body strength, legs and glutes, invigorating stretching, and HIIT bodyweight.

This variation helps you hit both weights and cardio depending on your goals. As a woman with many recipes, Ayesha Curry shares the best nutrition and fitness tips. Get yourself some simple equipment, such as two and three-pound weights, resistance bands, a good, cushy mat, and a bench or chair. She is very into bodyweight, so she does not need much, equipment-wise.

Being healthy is not just about what you do in the gym or in the kitchen, it is about the in-between too and how it all fits together. Ayesha Curry would never realized how much sleep impacts everything else, but what she has learned from her Fitbit sleep data is that she does not get enough of it, so that is the next thing she will be working on. Sleep is connected to so much of the overall health and is so important.

Ayesha Curry’s daily routine typically starts with a coffee with Ghee and coconut oil blended.

Ayesha Curry tries to drink 32 ounces of water before noon and flavor it with cucumbers and lemon. She also will have a couple of recipes in Fitbit Premium to check out, too. She is really into portion control over any kind of diet, and try to stick to nourishing, delicious food in moderation. She keeps track of the food she is putting into her body through the Fitbit app on her phone, and the calories toward her daily goal are at a glance on her watch.

Ayesha Curry’s family is a ‘green veggies”’ family. Her family loves Brussels sprouts, asparagus, and broccoli. She likes to roast them on high heat to give everything a nice char and enhance the flavor of the vegetable. There is nothing she loves more than a one-pot pan dinner, so most nights she will season up a protein and roast it alongside the vegetables.

Chicken parmesan is a family favorite, it is comforting. It is a fairly basic dish, but it is also one of the first things Ayesha Curry made for Stephen when they were dating, so it is nostalgic. She does a lighter breading using panko instead of regular bread crumbs, and whip up a super-fast and fresh tomato sauce for the topping. She and Stephen have been riding bikes outside together which has been really nice, or try and time their workouts together.

Even the kids will get in on the workouts sometimes.

It is kind of like summer camp with Ayesha Curry and Stephen both home, so they try and keep the kids active.
